17.01.11 - ****VK2KRR/VK6DZ New Australian 144 MHz DIGITAL Distance Record (RX only) - On this day, I made partial contact with Derek VK6DZ, just west of Albany WA on 144 MHz JT65b digital tropo. I copied numerous decodes down to -13dB but Derek has noise on his end and contact was not complete. The distance was 2664 Km. Derek was also received on WSPR mode.
